Roding Hotel, East Ham between 1912 & 1917. William Jabez Cole died on 22/07/1918, a newspaper cutting from a local newspaper shows the magistrate granting permission for his wife Mirriam Eleanor Cole to carry on with the business and had the license transferred to her name. ***
