I visited the Emirates Cable car in November 2021. It was stunning. It is highly accessible to the Cable car level via lifts. The cabins can be slowed down to allow you plenty of time to board.
I visited again in July 2023, and this is now the IFS Cloud Cable, again excellent, except I did not get a discount having a London60 pass.
Royal Victoria DLR station is on the highly accessible DLR line, and only 3 minutes walk from Emirates.
I also booked a ticket for the Uber boats online which never arrived in my email, and therefore purchased again at a ticket machine.
I am waiting to get a response from Uber as to what they are going to do about this.
I then travelled onto the Uber boats, this station being near to North Greenwich pier.
There is Lift access between street and platform.
